California Court Dismisses Steven Brooks’ Case Against Sotheby’s

Here is an update on the Steven Brooks vs. Sotheby’s lawsuit about Allegorical Portrait of a Lady as Diana Wounded by Cupid, a painting by Louis-Michel van Loo he bought back in 2004 for $96,000 which was once owned by Hermann Goering.
