Source: A Bord de la Mare - we first sold Julien Dupre's A Bord de la Mare in 2003 and now have the pleasure of selling it again. This particular painting was exhibited at the Paris Salon in 1899 and then sold by M. Knoedler & Co that same year to Samuel R. Shipley of Philadelphia.
