Plans for an underwater museum in Turkey are in discussion after the remains of a basilica was found during an areal photo shot of Lake Iznik. Professor Mustafa Sahin, head of the Archaeology Department at Uludağ University believes the basilica may have been built around 313 AD ten years after the death of Neophytos, the Saint in which the church honors.
