Out Fishing. Here is an important landscape by the 19th century British Victorian artist Edward Charles Williams (1807-1881) that we sold first in 1987 and again in 1998. E.C. Williams was the eldest son of Edward Williams and brother of Henry John Boddington and Sidney Richard Percy.
