Happy Birthday to the most influential artist of the 20th century, Pablo Picasso! The Spanish born artist who spent most of his life in France was the co-founder of the Cubist movement and collage, the inventor of constructed sculpture and countless other artistic styles. A couple of his most well know works include Les Demoiselles d’Avignon (1907) and Guernica (1937). Picasso’s top selling lot at auction climbed well over $100m for his Nude, Green Leaves and Bust (1932) oil on canvas.
