Courthouse News Service Entertainment Law. Frans Wynans Fine Art is suing the Andy Warhol Foundation for wrongfully selling photographs of Wayne Gretzky that Warhol used for a series of works he created in 1983.

Man charged over defaced Queen portrait – Tim Haries, from Doncaster, appeared in court on Friday charged with criminal damage.    Haries sprayed paint on a recently commissioned portrait of the Queen as part of a Father’s Day protest.
