Last month Imran Quereshi unveiled his controversial installation on the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s roof. The blood stain depiction did not sit well with many viewers but the new “canvas” may have. Artist Lena Nyadbi recently revealed her black and white painted horseshoe shaped installation on the roof of the Quai Branly museum. Unlike Quereshi’s installation, where you can go on the museum roof to see the work, Nyadbi’s 7,500-square-foot artwork can only bee seen by climbing to the top of the Eiffel Tower, finding it on Google earth, or in pictures.
