Salvador Dali, the prominent Spanish surrealist painter, is best known for his bizarre and striking images. Over four decades ago, Dali was commissioned to paint a series of 14 watercolors of his famous “psychedelic plant life” works. Kept in secrecy, these works have finally surfaced and are set to sell for $100,000 each at Bonhams’ upcoming auction.
