Walt Morton, a former adman, scouted the LA Art Show over the weekend and had the Huffington Post feature his “Academy Award Style” mentions and comments. Out of the 130 art galleries Morton passed through, we are very excited that not one, not two, but THREE of our talented artists were mentioned. James Neil Hollingsworth, receiving “BEST USE OF TOO MUCH DETAIL” (this makes me laugh, considering the side by side post we made last week of his painting vs. his photograph) with an honorable mention to Tony South and Julie Bell taking the “SPECIAL WILDER WILDLIFE” Award for her Scarlet and Fuchsia painting.
