The action in London began last night with the Christie’s sale which generated about £71M ($112M). Tonight we continue with the Sotheby’s sale which is expected to bring in over £200M; their previous record for a London sale is £186.44M set in February. Those numbers are a far cry from what happens during the New York sales, but £200M is still a great deal of money. Guess we will see what happens.
