Masamichi Kagaya is a Japanese artist who is showing us something we cannot see… Radiation. Inspired by the meltdown at Fukushima, Kagaya has put himself in harms way by venturing into the exclusion area to collect objects that were exposed to high levels of radiation. The idea is to make it easy for viewers to visually understand the science and the catastrophic effects of radiation.
