A very recent addition to our available online inventory. An exquisite study of a young girl by the 19th century Swiss artist Fritz Zuber-Buhler (1822-1896). The artist was born in Le Locle, Switzerland in 1822 and by the age of sixteen was living in France and began studying with Picot at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts. He made his debut at the Paris Salon in 1850 and continued to exhibit there throughout his career.
