What a perfect painting for our times … like they say, history always repeats itself. Norman Rockwell’s “Which One? (Undecided; Man in Voting Booth)” brought $6.54 million at yesterday’s American Art sale. The Rockwell accounted for about 23% of the sale’s $28.6 million total.
