This case is getting more and more interesting. In an attempt to get the case dropped, Mary Boone is now claiming that Alec Baldwin evaded New York State sales tax by having the Ross Bleckner painting (which is at the heart of this case) first delivered to his California home and then sent right back to his New York City apartment.
