Tatsuzo Kaku dodges prison for smuggled $1M statue

Tatsuzo Kaku, a Japanese antiquities dealer, was caught with smuggled goods, arrest on March 14 and already has a plea deal.  Instead of possible jail time, Kaku plead guilty to criminal possession of stolen property and was given a $5,000 fine and a sentence of time served.  Guess he will be serving up some of his accomplices.
