Tate’s Constable masterpiece, once Nazi loot, now set to leave UK

More from the Dark Side of the Art World … here is an interesting update on a John Constable painting that is currently in the Tate’s collection.  It is amazing to think that this small ‘study’ (about 10 x 12 inches) is worth over £1 million.  Oh, and can this really be considered — a Masterpiece?  If so, then what would his Salisbury Cathedral from the Bishop’s Garden, The Hay Wain or The White Horse be considered?  For the full story, click HERE.
