Source: A Game of Chess – here is a real gem by the 19th century Italian artist Tito Lessi (1858 – 1917) that we just added to our available online inventory. This particular work dates from 1886 (a time when the artist was living in Paris) and was originally handled by Galerie Sedelmeyer c.1890.
