Kunstmuseum Accepts Nazi Looted Art Trove

The Kunstmuseum in Bern, Switzerland, has finally agreed to accept the works bequeathed to them by the late Cornelious Gerlitt.  A trove of over a thousand works of art looted by the Nazi’s was uncovered during a raid of Mr. Gurlitt’s home during a tax evasion investigation.  Now, for the first time, works unknown and others believed to have been ruined during the war will be on view to the public.
