Victorian art ‘comes home’ to London house

November 13, 2014

Stepping out of the shadows of one of the most amazing private art collections in the world, over 50 Victorian paintings by 19th century artist Sir Frederick Leighton and fellow artists, Millais, Rossetti, Jones, Pounter and more, are heading “home.”  Billionaire, Juan Antonio Perez Simon’s collection will be loaned to Sir Frederick Leighton’s former home and studio, now Leighton House Museum.  According to curator, Daniel Robbins, the collection is a “celebration of female beauty.” Check out more about what you can find in the extravagant home turned museum here.
