The latest Banksy mural popped up on the side of a building in Bristol yesterday and within 24 hours it has already been defaced. A humorous homage to Johannes Vermeer’s masterpiece “Girl with a Pearl Erring,” Banksy’s “The Girl with the Pierced Eardrum” has been vandalized with splattering black paint.
