When the Central Utah Art Center (CUAC) began featuring nude artworks in their exhibition program, the city of Ephraim evicted them from their location. While city officials claim they were unhappy with the CUAC’s outreach programs, the center argued that it had more to do with censorship. After 20 years, the CUAC relocate to Salt Lake City with a $60,000 settlement from the centers former home town.
