La Charmeuse. Here is a great example of Leon Herbo’s (1850-1907) work. This 19th century artist was one of the founders of L’Essor, a Belgian artist group, and exhibited his works throughout Europe — receiving an Honorable Mention at the Exposition Universelle (1889).
