Set to launch this month, Art Rules, will be an online platform solely for discussing and debating art. Similar to Twitter, posts are limited (in this case to 100 characters) and you can link to articles and pictures. Developed by the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA), director Gregor Muir has made it clear this is an attempt to draw a younger audience into the conversation about art. The site is scheduled to go live on August 21 at http://artrules.ica.org.uk/
