Chaïm Soutine painted “Le Petit Pâtissier”
More on the Christie’s sale … as I said last night there were a few good results; but overall, the sale was rather lackluster. Top lot was the Chaim Soutine which sold for over $18M (est. $16-$22M) which was still an auction record.
