Sotheby’s attempt at getting Dmitry Rybolovlev’s $380 million lawsuit dismissed seems to have failed.\u00a0 According to an article in Reuters, Judge Jesse Furman\u00a0found no showing that New York was \u201cgenuinely inconvenient\u201d and Switzerland was \u201csignificantly preferable,\u201d saying the New York case had made more progress and Sotheby\u2019s might save money by defending itself in its home forum.\u00a0<\/em>It appears that the saga will continue.<\/p>\n
