Talk about creative accounting.<\/p>\n<p>Now that the IRS caught her, it will cost Boone big &#8230; $3.1M &#8230; and her sentencing is scheduled for January 18, 2019 (she faces a maximum of 3 years for each of the two counts she pled guilty to).<\/p>\n<p>In case her name sounds familiar, you might remember that last November she was involved in a <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/11\/13\/arts\/mary-boone-settles-suit-with-alec-baldwin-over-painting.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawsuit with Alec Baldwin<\/a><\/em> over a Ross Bleckner painting.\u00a0 Boone lost that one as well.
