Coming in third was a small (15 x 18 inch) Fauve period work by Andre Derain, <em>Bateaux \u00e0 Collioure<\/em>, at \u00a310.88M ($15.1M &#8211; est. \u00a37.5-10M) &#8230; this same work sold back in 2011 for \u00a35.9M ($9.4M). Rounding out the top 5 were Umberto Boccioni&#8217;s record setting\u00a0<em>Testa+Luce+Ambiente<\/em> at \u00a39.1M ($12.6M &#8211; est. \u00a35.5-7.5M) and Alberto Giacometti&#8217;s <em>Lustre avec femme, homme et oiseau<\/em> which made\u00a0 \u00a37.6M ($10.6M &#8211; est. \u00a36-9M).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_29005\" style=\"width: 216px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rehs.com\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/andre_derain_bateaux_a_collioure.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29005\" src=\"https:\/\/rehs.com\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/andre_derain_bateaux_a_collioure-300x246.jpg\" alt=\"andre_derain_bateaux_a_collioure-300x246\" width=\"206\" height=\"169\" data-uw-rm-alt-original=\"andre_derain_bateaux_a_collioure-300x246\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-29005\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Andre Derain &#8211; Bateaux \u00e0 Collioure<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Of course, there were a few that failed to find buyers, including works by Schiele, Marini, Rodin, Pissarro, Braque and Leger. However, the pluses far outweighed the minuses and by the time this compact sale of 26 works ended, 18 found new homes (69.2%) and the total take was a very respectable \u00a3118.9M ($165M) &#8230; the low end of their estimate range was about \u00a390.8M ($126M).
