I told her the news and asked her to come see. She came into my office and started looking. For a long time. Longer than I had. One by one. Studying, not saying a word. After a while she turned to me and said, \u201cThey\u2019re okay.\u201d Stricken, I said, \u201cOkay?! What do you mean \u2018okay\u2019? I think they\u2019re beautiful. Aren\u2019t they great?\u201d She turned back to the drawings, looked a little longer, and finally said, \u201cThey\u2019re generic. And impersonal. No one would know what these are about. And what\u2019s with the triangles? Are they supposed to be women?\u201d I shot back, \u201cNo!
