Two Rare Cortes’s Come And Go!

Edouard Cortes - "Moulin Rouge" (Rehs Galleries, Inc.)

The gallery recently acquired a wonderful pair of paintings by the 20th century French artist Edouard Cortès (1882-1969). The two were originally purchased in the late 1950s from the Johnson Galleries in Chicago, and remained in the same collection since then.  You can read Natasha Gural's article about the two works on Forbes.com.
