“Cost” came about while thinking about how expensive food is in Anguilla. The food’s cost is directly linked to its transportation cost. The more exotic the item the more the cost is amplified, organic apples or fruit in Anguilla are insanely priced. Even when they are produced “locally”, shipping small vats creates a higher carbon expenditure than one big ship out of China, it’s all a transportation issue. – Timothy W. Jahn
