Caravaggio … even though he appears to have been a very temperamental man which resulted in a very “eventful” life, his art has amazed and inspired people for centuries. Now you have a chance to see the artist’s last two works (he died, mysteriously, at the age of 39) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art where The Martyrdom of Saint Ursula (on loan from the Banca Intesa Sanpaolo, Naples) and The Denial of Saint Peter (in the collection of the Met) are hanging side by side.
