Antiques dealer Eila Grahame died back in 2010. By 2016, a Cambridge auction room was instructed to sell the contents of her gallery. During a previous valuation of the contents, there was mention of two possible Giacometti drawings, but they were presumed lost or sold. Well, the drawings were found under a pile of dusty paintings and drawings and subsequently sent off to Paris for authentication. They will now be offered in a sale this October with an estimate of £40,000-£60,000. Proceeds from the sale will go to the Art Fund.
