The Artist Pension Trust (APT) was the brainchild of Moti Shniberg (back in 2004).  I like the general idea of the APT, letting the artist benefit from price increases.  However, when it came time to sell some of the works the artists and their dealers were not pleased with APT’s course of action. The trust planned on selling a group of works at auction and before a very recent sale in London, 18 lots estimated to sell for as much as £200,000 were withdrawn …
