Source: Composition with Bust – we are pleased to be able to offer this incredible piece by the 20th century Modernist artist Ugo Giannini (1919-1993). Ugo was a WWII veteran who was among the first wave of soldiers to land on Omaha Beach shortly after H-Hour on D-Day. In 1949, at the age of 30, he returned to Europe to study with Fernand Leger.
