Heather in the Highlands. Here is a fabulous painting by the British Victorian landscape artist Sidney Richard Percy (1821-1886) that was just added to the Active Online Inventory. Percy was a member of the Williams family and is considered, by most, to be among the finest landscape painters of his time.
