Après l’averse: Place du Théâtre Français.  a fabulous painting by the 19th century French artist Louis Marie de Schryver (1862-1942) that we sold about 10 years ago.

Nazi-looted art found in German parliament – two looted works, one by Georg Waltenberger and another by Lovis Corinth, were found in the Bundestag collection.  The interesting part is that both works once belonged to the Gurlitt family.
